I was in contact with Vorderman for over 1 year in anticipation of getting delivery of a Volkwagen Golf R. They were amazing in keeping in touch. A very honest dealership.With the Golf R, many "other" VW dealerships were known to take deposits on cars they had no idea when or if they could obtain or to charge exorbitant fees. Jay, Denise, Lori all kept me up to speed. Jay placed me on a wait list and would not take any money down until a car was allocated.Buying process was very smooth; no shady add on's, options such as extended warranties explained but not pushed. I bypassed two closer dealerships to work with Vorderman and will gladly travel the extra distance for any future VW purchases!
