Had a major mechanical issue while traveling through IN. Was treated like a long time valued customer from the outset and throughout the service period despite the fact I will never be a return customer to there shop as I reside in MN. Was dealt with fairly even though I was in a vulnerable situation as we all are if we have auto troubles on the road during a summer vacation.I wish I lived in this area or could transplant Vorderman's to MN so I could use this dealership. Felt treated fairly and with honesty about the problem and possible solutions. Wish I could say the same about my local dealership in St Paul. Chad, the general manager and Ivan in service worked with me on solutions and showed flexibility that I have not experienced in other auto dealerships.John EadsMaplewood, MN
