Had a very difficult (time sensitive) travel situation swiftly and effectively dealt with the fantastic service department at Vorderman. The customer service was exceptional, starting with Abbey and finishing with the crew that fixed my car. I feel very fortunate that my service issue happened in Fort Wayne, as I was treated very well and am confident that the repair was done properly and won't happen again. I would recommend Volderman VW to anyone who would like to feel like an appreciated customer.
