Overall a good dealership. Very friendly staff. Good reputation in the community. Recommended to us by a friend shortly after moving to Fort Wayne.Minus 1 star because we were looking for a new vehicle in the fall and they let my wife and in-laws test drive a vehicle that clearly had not been detailed. There was pet hair everywhere - it was not a positive experience. However, on other occasions their service has been excellent.For inconsistent delivery, 4 stars; reputation is only as good as a customer's worst experience. I would not hesitate to consider this dealership next time we are in the market for a car. Perhaps eventually they will win back their fifth star.
