I had a wonderful buying experience with Vorderman. I found the exact spec and color certified TDI buyback JSW on their lot that I was looking for. After reaching a deal on the phone with Caril I put a credit card deposit down and drove from western New York the following Saturday to pick up my car. Delivery was fast, efficient, and comprehensive allowing me to check out/drive the car, review the paperwork, make sure my out of state title and registration went smooth. The car was delivered in immaculate condition and Caril took the time to review the features and connect my phone for the drive home. They easily could have shoved me out the door thinking I would never be back but they took the time to do everything right. My last Bavarian series vehicle and dealer experience was not nearly as luxurious as Vorderman. I would not hesitate to deal with them again as this was the best car buying I've had and overjoyed to be back in a VDub.
