I am very happy with Vorderman. I am giving this 5 stars because my over all experience when trading in my car was exceptional. Kevin Mast was great and ensured I got a good deal. I traded in my 14 Ford Focus for an almost new Ford Mustang and I absolutely love it! The car is awesome and I could not be happier, Naomi was also a sweet heart and very patient while I asked her questions in regards to the financing portion. Both of them make a great team and I was very happy I got to work with them both throughout the entire process. That's the reason I gave them 5 stars, but I would have given them a solid 4 after the process was finished only because I've been trying to get in touch with someone about taking the Ford Mustang back in to their service department for a minor detail and I have a difficult time getting in touch with anyone at Vorderman via phone. I call in and whoever transfers my call doesn't tell me where they are transferring it. I get sent straight to a voicemail so I have no idea who I am being transferred to. It would be nice to have someone with better communication skills that can inform me of where my call is being transferred and how to possibly get my Ford in for that minor service. It's nothing major and I was hoping that would be a smooth process but I haven't heard back yet. Otherwise, they are great and I love their service! I am very very VERY happy with my purchase and hope to continue to have a great experience when my car needs to be taken for additional services in the future. Thanks again Kevin and Naomi and also thank you to the team there who was kind and super friendly. I am thankful for your patience and hope that whatever system your business has now, as far as service for call-in transfers, can be improved. Thanks again!
