Kassidy was extremely helpful in purchasing my very first car. The employees were polite, professional, and very patient for several hours while insurance was being sorted out. They were very eager to help and very knowledgeable about their products as well. I will definitely consider Vorderman Volkswagen for my next vehicle purchase!

Called to make an appointment with Emily to make an appointment to test drive a vehicle. When I arrived, she had two vehicles waiting and ready to drive (the second was nearly identical she thought I would be interested).The vehicle I was interested still needed to go through service department to inspect and determine if it would qualify to be certified. Emily informed me an answer would be provided in 3 days. She honored her commitment, however, she also informed me the vehicle had already sold and inquired if I was interested if I would be interested in the second vehicle I drove.My only 2 complaints are there must have some delay between vehicle leaving service and set on lot and Emily communicating status and dealership's description on their website already stated it was certified (before I called to set up appointment).

*****Ask for Don or Kevin!If you need to buy a vehicle at Voderman Volkswagen make sure to ask for Don or Kevin! Both of these guys were great to deal with and made sure I was happy at the end of the day!

Ryan was very nice and explained everything good. My salesperson 'T' seen me, recognized me and came over and talked for a bit. The mechanic sent a video of the inspection and what he found wrong with the car and explained what he was inspecting.Real good experience! This is second used vehicle I have purchased from Vorderman and with the service after the sale I get, I will probably be back for future purchases.Keep up the great work!!GRD
