I have been a customer at Vorderman's for years. They are a quality business who I feel has always treated me fairly both on Auto purchases and for repairs. Larry Carter in the Service shop is great to work with and Bob Claussen the shuttle driver is dependable and professional. I would highly recommended them.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from Vorderman VW (a 2003 Jetta, a 2006 Passat, and a 2009 Routan), and the reliability of all 3 vehicles has been truly exceptional. Working with Ron Blum (sales) has always been a pleasure; he knows the vehicles well, is candid with his recommendations, and is just all around easy to work with!We always take our vehicles to their service shop as well, as the service team is just as easy to work with. I feel like they are technically superior to the competition, thorough in their explanations, and have conveniences like early drop off and shuttle service that truly set them apart.You won't be disappointed doing business at Vorderman's!

We've worked with Ron for over 5 years and purchased 3 Volkswagens. It really is a friendly place that knows how to treat their customers. The service department is also excellent. They take care of our vehicles with great care and they always look spotless. Keep up the great work!

I recently had my jetta serviced at Vordermans. The service begins with the phone call to schedule the service on my car. They are polite, friendly service people that appear to care very much about you and the service they perform on your car. Delightful people to deal with and my car is always spic and span from front to back, inside and out. I love my jetta and I am very, very happy with the service I receive from my dealership. Initially, I avoided Vorderman's because I know dealers typically charge 30% more than any other mechanic. After a terrible experience with the only independent VW shop in town, I ran to Vorderman and was treated well. They handled my repairs promptly, offer helpful customer perks (e.g., courtesy shuttle home/back), and gave me a list of "additional suggested" maintenance that you might expect...but they were NICE about it. They weren't pushy at all, and gave me space to say, "Thanks, but not today," without any pressure. I know they are pricey, but they treated me fairly, and from what I can tell, they are the only honest VW mechanic in town....I guess I'll have to pay a premium for that in FW?
