Great customer service.

Being new to the Fort Wayne area, it was hard to pick a dealership to go to for a nice used car. After looking online and finding a car right in our budget we decided to go to Vorderman. We met Don Luong Thursday night and we were able to test drive the exact car we wanted, plus a few others just to make sure we didn't see anything else we liked better. All in all we decided we wanted to purchase the first car we had test driven. We told him we liked the car but we needed to get home and would come back the next day to do a credit app and possibly purchase. He said great and gave us his card and said just let me get my sales manger so he can say hi. Automatically I thought "oh great, here comes the sales manager to try and push us to buy the car right now". Well I was wrong. He came out asked how we were doing and how we liked the car. We told him we really liked it just wanted to go home and discuss it further. He said if there was anything he could do to help us just to give him a call and he would see us the next day. When we came back to purchase the car, Don Luong came right out to greet us. He let us take the car out again to test drive before we sat down to fill the credit app out. Everything was told to us upfront and there were no surprises whatsoever. This was the easiest, most laidback car buying experience I've ever had. We will definitely be buying our next vehicle from Vorderman.
