I purchased a new Passat from Vorderman and love it. I had a great buying experience, unlike some other local dealerships that tried to put me in a car I did not want. Kevin was great, he was super helpful and very personable! Kevin made my experience very hassle free! I came in Saturday close to closing time and he took his time with me and made me feel like I was important and that they wanted my business. He took care of everything for me very efficiently so that when I arrived closing the deal was easy. Naomi was also very helpful, friendly and great to work with. She stayed past closing time to finish up all my paperwork, even had the maintenance staff apply vehicle protection coating so that I did not have to return to have it applied. If every experience with Vorderman's is like this...I will be a very happy and loyal customer!

I drove from Toledo, OH to Ft. Wayne to look at a used car that Vorderman had on their website. I had communicated with Caril Bernard both by email and phone. Caril could not have been more helpful. My wife and I made the drive to look at the car and they made everything easy for us to leave with it that day. Unfortunately on my way back home the check engine light came on... I called Caril the next day, along with Matt (service manager) they arranged for a service center in Toledo to look at it and resolve the issue. The bill was taken care of by Vorderman without any hassle. You never know just how good a company is until you see how they take care of a problem... they were terrific. A+ from me.
