My daughter bought a VW Jetta at another car dealership (non-VW). It ended up having a number of issues with it and we ended up leaving it at Vorderman's over a weekend with a note. Abby was our service technician/customer liason and she was absolutely top notch, as was everyone at Vorderman's that we dealt with. Very helpful, reasonably priced, and highly professional! Extremely impressed by this dealership. They are our go-to VW dealership from now on!

Adam from Vorderman is the BEST! My boyfriend and I were so happy to work with him to get my boyfriend's Jetta Sportwagen that we came back less than a year later, this time to get my own Jetta. The car search was so pleasant - the exact opposite of what I expected. Adam took the time to show us everything we were interested in and also vehicles we hadn't thought of. The one I took home was one he suggested, in fact! Adam made us feel valued, respected and beyond welcome at Vorderman. He didn't try to pressure us in anyway and listened very carefully to my interests, price range and general wants in a new vehicle. I am beyond happy with my new Volkswagen!

I enjoyed my visit at this location. The staff know a lot about these cars which I know comes with the job. I felt very welcome here and not pressured to buy. They asked me a lot of questions about what I wanted. What I was looking for and when they didnt have it instead of trying to sell me something else and be done with me they said if I wasnt in a rush to get a car they would take the time to find it for me.eill get my car fro. Here for sure.

Ron provided great service throughout process. His follow up with me as a lead from a prior visit resulted in a sale. Rare for most any salesperson to follow up, let alone this industry. I shopped for months for the right vehicle and dealt with many salespeople, some so bad I wouldn't have bought a car from them period. He is an asset to Vorderman and would gladly use him again.
