The dealership is very nice and sprawling. Everyone I've come in contact with has been courteous. I go to visit the parts department only. Sometimes I get the feeling that I am a nuisance and not worthy of time while buying EXTREMELY overpriced parts for a 20 year old VW.

The service team does really great work. had an oil change service today and considering how busy they were it didn't take a terribly long time. Vorderman also does free washes with the service too which is nice

We had a great experience with Caril. This is our first new car, so we were being quite particular and she was very patient with us. We didn't feel pressured at all, which was different from our experience with the other dealerships. My only "complaint" (and I hate to say complaint because they were very busy, but we live 45 mins away and have young kids) was that we were there for over 2.5 hours once we decided to purchase the car. They offered to have a delivery specialist go over all the features on the phone, but we needed to get home. I still give them 5 stars because we did have a great experience and it just happened we went on a very busy day.

I highly recommend buying your next vehicle at Vorderman Volkswagen. The Sales Consultant, Adam Leykauf, was a pleasure to work with. He was very personable, honest, and gave great explanations of the vehicle and intricacies of the loan details. Thank you so much again for a great experience!
