Andy Duran was a very helpful associate that was able to help me purchase my dream Volkswagen. He was prompt to return and answer all my calls & emails. He knew how to answer all my questions and was knowledgeable on the cars as well. The benefits that came with purchasing the car were pretty nice too.

Awesome customer service

I was always nervous about buying a car from a dealership or larger car lot, but buying a car from Vorderman was probably the best car buying experience I could ask for for buying a car off a large lot for the first time. Andy Duran is a great sales representative and makes you feel comfortable and is very informative. The whole staff is a pleasure to work with.

Very pleased with the service here. Just had recalls performed. Professional from the first call until finished. Very speedy service. We were even helped to move our things back from the loaner car. Vorderman went above and beyond by even washing our car and shining the tires. It was also nice that we were able to move our children from our car into one of their loaner cars while indoors out of the cold. Definitely would recommend them even for people from the South Bend and Elkhart area since I was not comfortable going to Gurley-Leep. We were asked if there was a particular time we would like to pick up the car. They are immensely accommodating. Couldn't be more impressed.

Sales department is excellent; Jay and Ron did a fantastic job of meeting my needs. Managers were great as well and finance department did a terrific job of walking me through my options. I've always had great success with the service department here as well, with both Larry and Abbey knowing my cars well and helping me keep them in tip-top shape.
