Researching and buying a vehicle from a distance is not typically an easy task but Ron Blum and the Vorderman staff were quick to respond to inquiries, very professional with those responses and made the entire process clear and easy on me. All those that I came into contact with were helpful and genuine; a customer-centric culture and true sign of a well managed dealership.
