Recently bought a 2016 VW Passat from vorderman and it was a good overall experience. It was a dealer used vehicle with low miles that I found online. I live in Indianapolis and had to work out the logistics of travel, view, buy and possibly revisit. I was helped by Andy Duran from their sales team and he was a pleasure to work with. Never pressurized me at any point, always calm and willing to listen to my requirements. The price was ok but he managed to give me a decent trade-in for my old vehicle which was appreciated. After multiple emails and phone calls I just went there one afternoon and walked out with the vehicle at 8 pm. I did have to return to get the Xylon coating (as it was too late on that day) so I recommend getting in before 1 pm for the purchase.Naomi Shaw from financing was also very helpful and able to get me a great rate for the loan from a bank I had never hoped to see a competitive rate. Though I wasn't in favour of that bank she persuaded and got me a great rate. Overall, highly recommend the dealership and a huge thanks to Andy!

Loved the buying process was easy and streamlined but the service department is horrible. The headlight was out when I bought my car and I was told to bring it down and they would repair it but the service tech was very rude and told me that it wasn't covered and that it was a two hour wait even though I had an appointment they were doing "pit stops". It didn't make a lot of sense. Will not be going back.

This dealership is genuinely concerned about its customers & it shows. Straight shooters. That's hard to find at a car dealership these days. Glad to have Vorderman VW. Love my Beetle !
