My cousin came into town and has always like VW. She spoke with Matt Middleton while she was there. She said he was "very helpful and extremely knowledgeable" She wasn't ready to buy yet but when she does she'll be calling him.

I own a Volkswagen (didn't buy from this location) that I had ran into some issues with. I called vorderman because I know Matt Middleton and you guys rock!! I always get great service and you guys help me solve my car issues every time knowing I didn't buy the car there. I will make sure I buy my next VW there for sure. Thanks again.

Researching and buying a vehicle from a distance is not typically an easy task but Ron Blum and the Vorderman staff were quick to respond to inquiries, very professional with those responses and made the entire process clear and easy on me. All those that I came into contact with were helpful and genuine; a customer-centric culture and true sign of a well managed dealership. At the end of the day, I bought a vehicle that more than met expectations for a great price! Highly recommend them.

Servicing my car was hassle free and enjoyable at Vorderman's on Cross Creek Blvd. Quick queck in with Larry, aka, laid back yet witty, and a comfortable waiting area with tv, cellular charging stations, magazines and complimentary soda, water and juice. After a short wait, I was told my car was ready. Abbey was quick to give pricing break down and so peppy and kind. Her enthusiasm was clear and I could tell she was a hard worker. My car was ready, vacuumed and washed as I rolled out in less than an hour! Great experience!
