I visited Vorderman Volkswage while searching for a new SUV. I was fortunate to work with Caril Bernard. She was excellent to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional and yet personable. I shopped for weeks at several dealers in Fort Wayne for an SUV and came to Vorderman since we had our BMW serviced there and they were always so friendly. I cannot tell you how awesome it was to work with Carill, no hassle trade in and great price on an Atlas! I was so happy that I sent our Daughter and husband 2 days later and they also were very happy with the fair trade and purchase of an Atlas.

Don Luong is a class act Sales Consultant. He assisted me in purchasing a 2020 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL V6 Premium. Coming from a car with minimal technology, Don took extra time to show me all the workings of my new suv all the way down to trying out the parking assist feature! That was fun! Even gave me a tour of the office and service area.Don stayed true to his promise - and followed up with me after my first time coming in for a test drive. He was available when I had questions prior to the purchase, and has been available even after the sale.On the day of purchase and signing the docs, the suv was gassed up, cleaned up, and ready to drive away.I was very pleased with the entire staff of Vordermans and I'm very happy with my purchase. For any future purchases with VW, I'll be calling Don! See you at my first service appt!
