Vorderman Volkswagen is by far the best place I've been to, get a car fixed. When I bought my vehicle through them last year, I was really impressed with the amount of work and dedication their employees put into making sure I got the best car I could, and the finance department went above and beyond to help me out with affordability. When I damaged it and needed to come back in to have it serviced, the service department guys were so friendly and so ready to explain anything I wanted to know about what's going on, and what to do next for every stage of repair. They squeezed me in during busy season and really put me at ease with some of my own anxieties about driving. I can't recommend them enough, everyone there seems to really care about their customers.

Working with Teresha was a pleasure. I was able to complete the entire transaction via text messages and emails fit in between meetings. When it was time to drive there to take delivery of the vehicle, I arrived from 2.5 hours away, to find everything ready for me and completely as described. Teresha was very flexible, communicative and extremely transparent, making it very easy for me to feel comfortable and confident buying a car long distance! The dealership was safe and respectful of time and safety protocols. Highly recommend.

Great Experience at VV -- Caril Bernard was my internet sales consultant. Being an out of state buyer, Caril's communication, customer service, and almost daily follow-up was the best I have seen in a long time. Caril helped me look at a number of Passats until we found the right one with low miles, the right color, and in excellent condition. She answered all my questions, and took many pictures of the Passat I liked to be sure it was the one I wanted. She also got tech service to repair a small dent on the hood of the car. I could not have asked for better service. So, Caril Bernard made my whole experience with Vorderman Volkswagen the best. I also had great service and a lot of help from Ryan Campbell, Business Manager who sent me all the financial paperwork to complete the sale. Ryan suggested I do a 0% interest loan rather than pay cash which helped me make more interest on my personal account.

I brought my first car yesterday and Naomi Mast made the experience so amazing. She was welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. She helped me find the car that fits me. She made my time there wonderful and I would recommend as many people I know to go there! She worked hard and fast and made my first car buying experience enjoyable and I'm so happy I got to have her help.

I had bought my Volkswagen GTI from Caril lBernard 4 years ago. I was recently in a car accident and the insurers declared it a total loss. I turned to Caril when I needed to buy a new car. She sent me an email with 6 suggestions for me as she knows my likes and dislikes and most of all needs, wants, and desires. Ryan was also extremely helpful and careful to walk me through all of my finance options as well as plans for additional coverage. Caleb is exceptionally patient as he took time with me to show me about the "bells and whistles" on my new car. I splurged and bought a Volkswagen Alturion (I think I have spelling correct) and even gave me his cell # so I could text him with more questions. I highly recommend this dealership and tell all of my friends about it. All of you are exceptional!
