I recently brought my 2014 VW CC R-line in for its routine service maintenance. While waiting for the service I had decided to walk the lot and take a look at the new inventory. As I walked the lot I was greeted by a sales professional (Andy). I told him I would be interested in a 2016 and we reviewed the inventory and options. After my service appointment was finished I needed to get back to my home office. Later that afternoon Andy had emailed me (as I had asked) several options to structure a deal which put me in a new 2016 with a reduced payment. Needless to say I wrapped up my conference calls and headed back to the dealership and we made a deal on a new fully loaded Sportwagen. I will also say that the buying experience was fantastic. As I headed in to test drive the various options and make the deal my wife stayed at home with our 2 yr old and 6 month old sons. I asked to have Vorderman let me know when we would be ready for her to join us and sign the paperwork so I could simply give her a call and she could swing in quickly so the kids would not have to wait. Long story short the process went seamlessly; my oldest was greeted with a brand new stuffed animal and a coloring book. We will continue doing business w/ Vorderman as I trade-in/re-up cars about every 2 years for work.
I just had a great experience with Vorderman, especially Andy Duran! He made buying the car incredibly easy and, even though I got outside financing, they worked with me in a great manner. I honestly have not had a better car buying experience.
