these people are great. Larry, Josh, Heath et al sincerely care about me and my Phaeton. I know I can trust them and I have confirmation of their repairs from Scottsdale VW as my car spends the winter in AZ. That repair shop confirms my car has been well cared for and all repairs are top notch. THANK YOU GUYSI'm back with a new Passat bought from Salesman Ron, with a glowing endorsement from larry in service, and with the help of teresha in the office. These people make my car selection easy--I call them from my AZ home and tell them what I want, they get it..I drive back to OHIO in the summer, pick it up and drive it back to AZ in the winter. I can count on my VW's being road ready and all paperwork dotted and signed. 5 stars

I have been doing business with Vordermans for 20 years now. I own 5 Volkswagens and have purchased one of those used and one new from them. I have all my service done at their facility even though its an 80mi drive to get there. The dealership feels like a home away from home and they treat you like family when you are there. I have dealt with other VW dealerships here in Indiana as well as other dealerships as far away as Florida and Vordermans stands tall above the rest. There is no experience like the Vorderman experience!

AMAZING SERVICE! We recently purchased a Routan Van (which I am in LOVE with) and right after taking it home, it begin to have some issues. Seeing that we had just purchased the car Vorderman stepped in and took care of EVERYTHING and provided a loner car while it was being repaired. I love the family atmosphere of the business and their prompt attention to take care of every concern. This will be the only place I have my car serviced and they have gained a customer for life!! I recently got my first car here, and it was probably the best experience a first time car buyer could have.I know, it sounds over-exaggerated, but true nonetheless. Caril was the absolute best, she was very nice to me, answered all my questions, and was patient when I wanted to look around; mind you the day was extremely windy. Although I can not remember the lady's name, a financial adviser, she was fantastic too. A well-rounded place. I would definitely recommend.

Only place I will buy my cars. Love them from sales to service.
