Bought our first new car here , I will never go anywhere else again. Everyone is very chill and doesn't pressure you into anything. Their post purchase service is excellent as well, with free water , coffee and soda in the waiting room.

This is place is totally devoted to customer satisfaction. It shows every time I stop in.

Truly the best experience we have had a dealership EVER! Their website was easy to navigate and we were able to spend time at home honing in on a couple of cars we wanted to test drive. We started our financing online as well which just made for such a quick and easy transaction! Andy D. met us out front with the car already cleaned and ready to go for a test drive. He offered us beverages and even snacks for our two children. He was very thorough on explaining the different features of the car as well as safety standards. Never once did we feel pressured to go through with the sale or that he was hovering while my husband and I discussed varying details. Taresha was our finance lady and she was amazing too! So friendly and always with a smile on her face, she apologized for a delay in our application which honestly cost us 5-10 minutes, no big deal at all and not one we were concerned about. She didn't pressure us about warranty options either and was very thorough in explaining the benefits. Did I mention that Andy called the next day to check in on us and see how things were going@f0! Truly we know we've found our Volkswagen home and will recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car! Thanks Andy and Taresha for making a trip to the car dealership stress free and thanks Vorderman's for employing such top notch people!

Great Customer service! I'm from Kalamazoo and drove all the way to Fort Wayne because of all the good reviews and I bought a used car from them and didn't buy the warranty on it and 10 days later the transfer box went bad which was going to cost me$1200 to get it fixed however, they paid for it to get it fixed. Chad called the mechanic that it was at and took care of it for me. They are very helpful and all they care about is their customer's satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good car with reasonable price.

Honest...i will buy all my future vehicles from here. They take good care of you even after the sale.
