A great place to buy a car. Their financing department worked very hard to ensure I had the best deal possible. Andy, my salesman was great in answering all the questions I had as well as promptly getting back to me through online postings. Although I had a few problems post purchase Andy and Alex (Manager) worked with me on getting everything straightened out. You can't ask more from a dealership. Very, very happy with my VW!

I have bought several cars from Vorderman and never had a bad experience. The sales staff is top notch always making sure you get exactly what you are looking for and the financing department makes sure you get the lowest interest in financing. Service is always friendly and makes sure you are satisfied with the work provided you leave. Can't wait to do business with the Vorderman family again!

I worked with Caril and Naomi. I was doing my car search over the internet. Caril was very quick to follow up and continued to keep me in the loop about the car I had inquired about. Naomi was also very helpful and quick to respond even though I had several questions and requests during the process. The after sale follow up call is also a nice perk. After being rear ended and having my vehicle totaled, it was very nice to work with staff that was willing to help and get me back in a reliable vehicle quickly and efficiently. I was traveling to Ft Wayne on business and our VW needed an oil change. I was impressed with the way they took care of me. In fact, Larry and his team did such a good job that I had some optional work done two weeks latter by them. Top rate crew! Old school service and customer care! I think I will still drive the 2.5 hours to let them work on the car. Yes, they are that good.

Service department is excellent. I've taken them foul ups from other shops that they have promptly fixed.
