Walked in and Dennis picked up right away that I was already a VW enthusiast; that meant he didn't hassle or bug me with silly sales pitches, but instead waited until I had any questions and then simply answered them. It was VERY low pressure and he was relaxed and easy to chat with. He didn't insist upon a ride-along test drive which made me feel more relaxed about testing out the car. The entire process was quick, painless, and full of nice joke-filled non-awkward idle conversation when waiting around at various times (credit check, paperwork, etc). Both Dennis and Naomi stayed after-hours to finish the deal and explained in great detail everything about the loan, warranty, agreements, etc. Couldn't have had a better buying experience.

We recently traded in our old vehicle for a Volkswagen Routan. It was the easiest, fastest experience we have ever been involved in at a car dealership. They were extremely friendly and receptive to what it was we were looking for both in financing and the vehicle itself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vorderman Volkswagen! I am a car enthusiast from the start... I wanted a car that was reliable, safe and efficient - but I also wanted a car that was FUN TO DRIVE. This is why I considered a German Engineered car. After spending months searching, reading reviews and learning about the many choices out there - I decided I would add more parameter to my search - sexy. I fell in love with the appearance of the Volkswagen CC and a quick search showed Vorderman Volkswagen was the place to shop. Several late nights watching Vorderman ' s inventory as well as other Volkswagen dealerships, I began to really understand the current market value. I entered the showroom with an understanding of what I wanted and left smiling ear to ear in a 2011 Volkswagen CC. Here is my experience with this dealer: Vorderman is laid back, no pressure whatsoever and the single greatest vehicle purchase I've ever had with a dealership. I genuinely feel Vorderman was fair with me on the purchase price and the entire staff treated me like a person - not a number. Vorderman Volkswagen has a BEAUTIFUL showroom and a door leading to a State of the Art Volkswagen Service Center and apparently they have three Master Certified Technicians. Reading some literature on their walls I found a letter from Volkswagen Corporate stating Vorderman has earned the highest possible award from Volkswagen possible several consecutive years in a row and currently are in the Top of Volkswagen Dealers in the country. I don't often write reviews, but I felt this dealer more than earned my future business and I should take the time to mention how awesome my experience at Vorderman has been.

UPDATE: After Chad Probst and the Vorderman team learned about my recent service experience through the online reviews they immediately reached out to rectify the situation and retain me as a customer. They were very apologetic and understood where my frustration stemmed from. Vorderman has agreed to address any issues, free of charge, with my vehicle that has resulted from my recent service with them... they even gave me a loaner car for the duration of the service. If everything goes well this time around, I will be returning to Vorderman for future servicing of my GTI.

I had a very simple and pleasant experience at Vonderman two years ago. I had been shopping around Indy, Ohio, Kentucky looking for a sportwagen. I knew what i was willing to pay and there were 3 places that had what I wanted and Vonderman ended up being the most competitive. I have had two good experiences with them for the follow up service also. They always seem to accommodate my needs and seem way more flexible than my local VW dealer so I find other reasons to head up there like the zoo etc and make a day of it.
